These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pk804 ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk804 website located at https://pk804.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").
pk804 is an online betting and gaming information platform. By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using pk804, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Section 02
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Section 03
Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Age Verification: pk804 and its operator partners take underage gambling extremely seriously. Age verification checks (KYC) are conducted on all accounts prior to any withdrawal being processed. If underage access is detected at any point, the account will be immediately closed and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.
pk804 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation before registering or placing bets. Section 04
To access the full range of Platform features, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a contact number. Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
Upon successful registration, Users will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are permitted. Acceptable KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address no older than three months.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. pk804 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support immediately.
Section 05
All deposits made to the Platform must originate from a payment method that is registered in the User's own name. Deposits made via third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. The minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your Account will be displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.
Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include familiar options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to the operator's current supported payment rails. The mention of these payment providers on this Platform is for contextual reference only and does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any provider listed, nor a guarantee that these methods will be available at all times.

Section 07
pk804 may from time to time publish information about welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives available from operator partners. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be read carefully before opting in. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk804 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where abuse is detected.

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the operator's applicable betting rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, postponement policies and dispute resolution. pk804 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated at the User's own request (for example, as a responsible gambling measure), available real-money funds will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
Section 11
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk804, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, services or features provided thereon.
pk804 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users rely on information provided on this Platform entirely at their own risk.
Gambling involves risk of financial loss. pk804 does not guarantee any return on bets placed through operator services referenced on this Platform. Past performance of any game, bet type or sports market is not indicative of future results. pk804 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Where required by applicable law or the operator's regulatory obligations, Users may be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your Account by contacting support.
